Brendan C. Roth

Brendan C. Roth is a Marshall native.  He graduated from Baylor University in 1996 with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing. In 2003, Brendan earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Baylor University School of Law.

Focusing primarily on products liability litigation since joining the firm, he has been involved in the courtroom and during litigation with successful cases on behalf of the catastrophically injured against numerous large corporations, including Bridgestone/Firestone, Ford, General Motors, KIA, Mazda, Nissan, and Toyota.

Brendan served as the Chairman of the Harrison County Democratic Party from 2005 to 2009.
